After you download:
Your greeting card download is a picture file format. ("Greeting Card.png")
Open the download file and print it out on 8.5x11 paper. (If you want the front of the card to be borderless, make sure you enable borderless printing in your print options/properties.)
Fold the paper in half (portrait orientation).
Then fold it in half again (landscape orientation).
You have completed your greeting card!
